Maureen has been a member of the Metabolic Disease Associates team since 2017. She graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Salus University in 2014. She is also a licensed Athletic Trainer, receiving her bachelor degree from Slippery Rock University. She is from McKean, PA and resides with her husband and two children. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoys camping, hiking, and running.

An Erie native, Shay Davidson is a 2003 graduate of the Master's of Physician Assistant Science program at Gannon University. She has been employed at Metabolic Disease Associates since 2003. She enjoys working with the adult and pediatric populations. She earned her Certificate in Diabetes Education License in 2005 and is knowledgeable on all insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring systems, and new technology in diabetes management. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoys running and yoga.
